What you'll do:

Translate client goals and challenges into scalable Marketing Cloud deliverables
Provide in-depth training and documentation to ensure clients can take full advantage of their solution
Collaborate with other team members to review solutions and share knowledge
Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers
Management of project scope through accurate documentation of requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, MobilePush, and Einstein
Experience with writing SQL (MS SQL) and AMPscript
Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration architectures
Desire to quickly learn new technologies and platforms as they emerge
Ability to change direction quickly when faced with change
Ability to exhibit grace while under pressure and amidst frequent disruptions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
BA/BS degree preferred
