ERP Applications Support Analyst - MS Dynamics 365 BC/NAV

location: Wrocław or Katowice



Operating an international network of facilities, and serving a wide range of industrial market sectors, our Client is the world's largest and most respected organisation in their industry sector.

The have started a Dynamics 365 BC global rollout and are looking an enthusiast to join their ERP Applications team and work with MS Dynamics BC.

ERP Support Analyst will work closely with ERP System Manager and project team to provide world class support services to our user base across the Globe.

Main responsibilities:

 Day-to-day user support, assisting the internal project team to manage internal Dynamics 365 BC system and incidents.
 Engage with vendors and suppliers.
 Contribute to knowledge base growth for 1st line support.



Qualifications, experience and skills:


 experience supporting Dynamics NAV or other ERP systems
 Knowledge of ERP processes in Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics NAV would be an advantage
 Strong communication skills
 Knowledge of SharePoint would be useful
 French or German would be useful
