Position Overview:

They are seeking a motivated Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist to join their remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions, with your initial project focusing on an event management tool designed for medical professionals. If you have 3-4 years of experience, are passionate about marketing automation, and possess a professional working level of English, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
• Create, test, and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion.
• Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows, triggers, and custom journeys.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Salesforce and marketing automation best practices.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Automation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation processes.
• Professional working level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Residing in Spain or Portugal.
