Accountable for Group CRM vision and strategy and relevant delivery teams
Responsible for CRM business engagements up to and including CXO level, in collaboration with Supply IT Business Partner
Driving the adoption and application at a group level.
Skills & Qualifications
Direct experience developing technology strategy and systems design
Experience in selecting, architecting, integrating, and deploying industry-standard CRM systems
Strong technology application development, architecture, and management experience within Energy Sector
