Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Administrator (SRSA) is a full-time position that reports to the Associate Director, Salesforce Administration, and is answerable for regulating and propelling the Salesforce Platform. The ideal up-and-comer has regulated across various Salesforce clouds, and will use their analysis, plan, arrangement, and coordinated effort abilities to make complex in-house and client confronting applications on the Salesforce stage. The SRSA should have the option to deal with various errands and undertakings at the same time, own expectations from one finish to another, focus on responsibility viably, and flourish in a unique climate. They are energetic with regards to their work item, self-inspired, conscientious and have solid critical thinking abilities. The SRSA might be answerable for overseeing and growing direct reports.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Complex configurations across the Salesforce Platform including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages; provides expertise
  • Responsible for complex project-specific configurations within Salesforce
  • Manages multiple Salesforce environments using deployment best practices; provides expertise
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop project specific timelines

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Hands on configuration of new and existing features including User Management (roles/profiles, permission sets), Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Custom/Formula Fields, Validation/Workflows Rules, Email Templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, and Managed Packages
  • Certified Administrator (ADM 201)

  • Marketing Cloud Experience (preferred)
