Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their team remotely and spearhead their internal platform development efforts.     Key Responsibilities:

    Act as the internal resource for the platform team, driving innovation and efficiency.
    Take ownership of the overall lifecycle and management of Salesforce projects.
    Lead code review and release management processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
    Establish and document processes for development and project management.
    Provide technical leadership and support day-to-day operations.
    Collaborate closely with team members and report to Raymond, a seasoned Solutions Architect.

    Requirements:
    Proven experience in a managerial role, with the potential for rapid growth into a team lead position.
    Extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration.
    Proficiency in Sales, Communities, and Marketing Cloud applications.
    Familiarity with Mowgli text messaging, Conga, and Salesforce integrations.
    Ability to navigate and troubleshoot complex development challenges.
    Strong leadership mentality and management experience.
    Certifications are not mandatory but desirable.
    Desired Skills:

    Experience working in small team environments.
    Ability to establish processes and manage day-to-day operations.
    Familiarity with ISP (Internet Service Provider) Salesforce products.

    Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
    Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Chicago area, but other nearby markets considered)
    Salary: $100,000 per annum

    Role Overview:
    As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on business analysis alongside hands-on experience within the Salesforce environment.
