    Salesforce Technical Architect

    Our client, one of Norway's largest care providers, is looking to scale up their Salesforce systems by bringing onboard a permanent Salesforce Technical Architect.

    This client has 3 offerings within the care industry; BPA or functional assistance for those living with a disability, senior housing and home caring visits. They are committed to helping all people throughout Norway live the life they deserve and are a passionate and caring group.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilise your strong Salesforce development experience and architectural expertise to advise best practice.
    • Drive user adoption by effectively communicating with stakeholders and C-level executives.
    • Contribute to the transition of tasks in-house, reducing reliance on external consultancy services.



    Requirements:
    • Extensive experience in Salesforce development and architectural roles.
    • Proficiency in as many of the following; Sales, Service, Pardot, Mulesoft, and Field Service (it is not a strict requirement that you come with Mulesoft/Field Service experience)
    • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive Salesforce adoption across the organisation.
    • Familiarity with general IT systems preferred as you will also be responsible for working on other systems such as Teamtailor, Xledger etc.

    Senior Salesforce Business Analyst - Finance Industry

    Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst seeking a challenging role that combines business acumen with hands-on configuration skills? Then read on.

    About Us: My client is a respected leader in the finance industry, recognised for our commitment to innovation and excellence. We are working with them to expand their Salesforce team and we are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst.

    Role Overview: As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be a key player in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within one of Norway's largest and most experienced in-house Salesforce teams.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
    • Analysis and Design: Evaluate and enhance existing business processes, ensuring seamless Salesforce integration.
    • Configuration and Customisation: Hands-on configuration of Salesforce platform, utilising standard and custom objects, workflows, and process builder.
    • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of Salesforce implementations.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
    • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system improvements.


    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst at an inhouse organisation or a consultancy
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, with hands-on experience in configuration and workflows.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Experience with Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud (we utilise all 3, plus Financial Services Cloud and are looking to expand our offering next year).
    • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications are advantageous.
    • Norwegian and English proficiency is required.
