    We have partnered with a Salesforce customer seeking a Salesforce Developer to contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Einstein AI technologies.

    In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to the creation of functional solutions and addressing challenges within Salesforce using a variety of web languages, software tools, and technologies. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to established standards and processes, ensuring consistency, mitigating risk, and optimizing efficiency across the organization to meet strategic business goals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate on the development of Salesforce architectural specifications, ensuring viability, functionality, and seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce Applications, accommodating the dynamic nature of AI technologies.
    • Establish architectural guidelines and standardized processes for AI model development.
    • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify reusable AI-related datasets, design patterns, components, and infrastructure, thereby optimizing costs and fostering multi-functional commonalities.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential architectural risks, ensuring the integrity and security of AI solutions.
    • Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests pertaining to production management.
    • Implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency for specific product features.
    • Assist in application/platform upgrades or patching activities.
    • Stay abreast of trends and developments in your technical expertise area, advocating for customer-centric solutions.


    Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
    • Certified Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning, Apex, and custom development.
    • Proven track record in building large-scale innovative AI products and solutions.
    • Proficiency in web languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, and PHP.
    • Strong grasp of various database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
    • Familiarity with modern web frameworks like Node.js, AngularJS, or VueJS.
    • Cross-functional leadership abilities to organize, motivate, and lead teams beyond your immediate scope.


    Preferred:
    • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.
    • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and technologies, including different LLMs.
    • Experience with Python, Jupyter Notebook, and API/data analysis libraries like Pandas or NumPy.
    • Proficiency in building LWC components in Salesforce Lightning App.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure DevOps, Selenium, JUnit, or similar tools.
    • Experience with Git-based repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services like Functions, Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Storage, and App Service.

    Position Overview:

    Support the Line of Business users by troubleshooting inquiries, logging & tracking issues, and assisting in triaging situations. Additionally, contribute to the existing Agile process for prioritizing user stories across multiple business processes and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Understand & analyze cross-functional impacts of business requirements to configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
    • Perform and/or coordinate UAT testing; work on defect remediation with relevant teams.
    • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day support of platform users, addressing queries, facilitating access, and identifying and resolving issues.
    • Contribute to the design and execution of a broader support model, including self-service materials, in coordination with the roadmap.
    • Maintain and improve a knowledge base & training materials accessible by the support team and business users.
    • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for various teams.
    • Provide ongoing support for platform evolution and participate in projects as a Subject Matter Expert.


    Qualifications:

    Must-Have:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a technical support and/or customer service role.
    • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a technical or business-related role or relevant certification.


    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Experience in financial services with a solid understanding of relationship management and/or credit underwriting.
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills.
