    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join one of our customers in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be working as part of a team, configuring and maintaining the Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with the team and stakeholders to streamline business processes and deliver scalable and optimal solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration and be eager to learn and grow in a team environment

    Responsibilities:
    • Configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions
    • Configuration and maintenance of organization-wide sharing to enable secure and appropriate access to data and records
    • Manage user profiles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels are set and maintained
    • Manage data within Salesforce, including importing, exporting, and updating records from various data sources, and implement duplication rules and additional automation features to ensure data quality and reduce errors
    • Design and build reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement. Configure and manage advanced analytics features such as Einstein Analytics and ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
    • Design and development of automations and solutions using Flow to streamline business processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance the user experience.
    • Create, and maintain technical documentation
    • Implementation of best practices, policies and procedures, policies, and procedures


    Requirements
    • 2 - 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration
    • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud
    • Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools such as the Salesforce Setup menu, Process Builder, and Flow.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Be someone who stays up to date with emerging technologies and best practices


    Salary Range:

    $75,000.00 - $90,000.00

    The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

    Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

    Location: Glendale, CA

    Summary:

    An opportunity is available for a Senior Salesforce Administrator position, located in Glendale, CA. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external Salesforce implementation teams to establish and maintain the Salesforce platform. Utilizing Lightning as a primary tool, the position requires developing robust procedures and administering both production and sandbox environments. The Senior Salesforce Administrator contributes to defining best practices for Salesforce solutions for business users and technical team members.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct Org Administration tasks such as updating federation certificates, creating integration IDs and tokens, managing sandboxes, deploying metadata, and updating managed packages.
    • Manage User Administration, including resetting passwords, creating roles, updating permissions, provisioning/de-provisioning users, and managing user records.
    • Perform Salesforce system configurations and data migrations while ensuring data integrity and security.
    • Design and implement custom applications, workflows, Salesforce Flows, and validation rules using Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language.
    • Develop and maintain custom Lightning Web Runtime components and integrations with third-party systems through REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
    • Integrate Salesforce objects with plugins/apps to facilitate document population and electronic signing workflows.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the Salesforce platform, including Visualforce Pages, Object Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Roles, Email notifications, and Reports.
    • Review and prioritize production support tickets, resolving them or escalating to the appropriate team for resolution.
    • Create and deliver presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Dashboards, and Reports to communicate with business leaders.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and users across departments with Salesforce access.
    • Work closely with business end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements and translate them into User Stories.
    • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Runtime, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, etc.
    • Utilize Salesforce AppExchange plugins such as DocGen for document generation tasks.


    Qualifications:

    Required:
    • On-site/hybrid work capability.
    • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator overseeing instances of B2B Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OMS.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with Agile teams for solution delivery, including testing and support.


    Preferred:
    • Platform App Builder certification.
    • Prior experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or OMS.
