    About Them: My client is a premier IT consultancy firm located in the Flemish Brabant region, renowned for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client service. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Analyst who will also take on the role of Competence Centre Coach 10% of the time. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to step into a leadership role and drive their Functional Analyst Center of Competence. My client is ambitoius grow their functional analyst centre of competence to 15 consultants over a short term plan.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive business and functional analysis to identify and document client requirements.
    • Utilize UML and BPMN for designing and modeling business processes.
    • Employ SQL for database querying and data analysis.
    • Manage project tasks and progress using JIRA.
    • Collaborate with IT teams working with .NET, Java, Angular, and other technologies.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering their professional growth.
    • Step up as the Competence Centre Coach, guiding the team and setting best practices.


    Required Skills and Experience:
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis.
    • Proficiency with UML, BPMN, SQL, and JIRA.
    • Excellent command of Dutch and English (both oral and written).
    • Experience with UX/UI design is a plus.
    • Previous experience working in IT teams with technologies such as .NET, Java, Angular, etc., is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring other team members.
    • Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate closely with a team of Engineers and a Project Manager (Scrum Master) to ensure readiness for Scrum Events and maintain the context/vision for the value delivered to client users and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience configuring Salesforce (Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, are advantageous).
    • 1 year of experience working with nonprofit organizations.
    • 1 year of change management experience.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology (CSPO certification preferred).
    • Enthusiasm for managing complex and often ambiguous projects.
    • Proficient at communicating with high-level stakeholders, including C-suite and above.
