Location: Den Bosch, Netherlands (onsite 3-5 days per week)



We're supporting an international organisation that runs large-scale customer programmes across Europe. To strengthen their Salesforce team, they're looking for a motivated Salesforce Application Manager to take ownership of their Salesforce environment and help drive continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

• 
  
  Configure and maintain Salesforce, including flows, automation, and declarative development.
• 
  
  Debug and resolve data-related issues raised by the business.
• 
  
  Challenge and optimise internal processes using Salesforce capabilities.
• 
  
  Support integrations with systems such as Slack, Tableau, and ERP (Certinia/FinancialForce experience is a strong advantage).
• 
  
  Collaborate closely with IT colleagues, including developers, scrum master, QA, and Azure specialists.

What we're looking for:

• 
  
  Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 
  
  Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, flows, and automation.
• 
  
  Problem-solving mindset with experience debugging and resolving system issues.
• 
  
  Experience with Certinia/FinancialForce ERP highly preferred (especially supply chain module).
• 
  
  Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable in an international environment.
• 
  
  English-speaking environment
