Independent responsibility for all phases of the technically challenging CRM project, from analysis to testing and commissioning. Close collaboration with experts in various departments and IT to clarify and implement functional and technical requirements. Ensuring solutions oriented towards employees and customers.
Several years of professional experience with Salesforce and in project management of CRM systems. Completed IT education or equivalent qualification. Salesforce Certified Developer/App Builder with experience in Java, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, REST, Kafka & JSON. Agile work methods are a plus.
