  • Architect the structure and setup new instances of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Maintain and support exist instances of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with a RESTful APIs to move data between custom databases, CRM platforms and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Read and understand business requirement documents to facilitate the creation of an appropriate functionality requirements document

    What will your typical day look like?

    • Client facing roles so communication are key

    Responsibilities:

    · The FSA will work onsite and remotely with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce.com.

    · Building a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement.

    · Leading discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
