Salesforce Technical Consultant - Medior - Senior

Location: Belgium, Brussels

As a member of their team, you'll be integral to the entire process, from discovery through to support and maintenance and rotated between projects with a max of 1.5 years on a project at any one time. What they are searching for? They are seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Consultant with 2-5 years of experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technology with a main focus on core clouds. While daily coding isn't mandatory, a willingness to dive into code when necessary is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in full Salesforce implementations, from initial discovery sessions to post-implementation support.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement customized solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and stability of implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, addressing any issues or enhancements that arise.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Developer 1 or Salesforce Consultant are a plus.

• Good command of the English language with fluency in either Dutch or French (Mandatory)

Implementation and Deployment:

• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects from inception to deployment.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Required skills:

• Salesforce technical experience covering on or more of the main clouds, Sales, Service etc.

• Platform Developer (PD1) with a desire to grow their Sales force technical capability by achieving Salesforce Certifications and Trail head Super badges.

• Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and/or user stories and translate these into a solution that can be effectively implemented
