THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for Salesforce Functional/Solution and Technical Experts with extensive experience in Field Service implementation to support a leading Salesforce Partner.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Experts:

• Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives
• Document technical designs and solution architectures to guide development and implementation
• Provide oversight, governance, and leadership throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to best practices, technical standards, and quality assurance
• Collaborate closely with functional experts and delivery teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions

Functional Experts:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and define clear business requirements and project deliverables
• Facilitate discovery workshops, solution showcases, and end-user training sessions
• Define clear and actionable user stories, business workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specification documents
• Work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from a functional perspective

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service solutioning and implementation
• Solid understanding of Field Service business processes and workflows
• Confident communicator connecting business goals with technical solutions for successful outcomes
