    Salesforce Development Lead

    Location- London/Remote (2 days a week in London office) , Start date- ASAP

    Contract Type- Permanent, Hours- Full Time, Salary - £80,000-£100,000 + Benefits

    A company in the Research sector is looking to expand its in house salesforce team. You would be part of some exciting projects. For this role you would oversee the in house salesforce centre of excellence and the relationship with the salesforce consulting business as well as being hands on with development.

    The Successful applicant will be offered a highly competitive salary, in addition to various benefits.

    Key responsibilities


    • Building strong working relationships with internal team members, external stakeholders, and departmental colleagues


    • Manage the small salesforce team


    • Manage the relationship with external salesforce partner


    • Lead the design of the target Salesforce architecture.


    • Perform initial Salesforce project engagement and requirements scoping while being hands on with salesforce development




    Requirements
    • Experience leading a Salesforce team.
    • Experience of mentoring, technical discussions and setting direction.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a delivery focussed mindset.
    • Experience with multiple Salesforce technologies: ideally with Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.
    • Salesforce development experience

    Key Responsibilities

    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
