Key Responsibilities:

• Update training materials, including user guides, videos, workshops, and FAQs, to help new users get started and keep everyone up-to-date with the latest features as our product evolves.
• Collaborate with key team members to analyse and support new training and development needs
• Keep training materials and knowledgebases current and accurate
• Communicate any platform changes, including product release notes, to end users and stakeholders
• Work with the development team to support daily Salesforce administration
• Manage new employee onboarding to ensure they are swiftly trained on internal processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Stay updated on the latest training techniques and methods

Requirements:

• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Experience as a Salesforce trainer
• A good understanding of Salesforce including sales cloud, service cloud and pardot
• Great communication skills

Role Overview: Join our exciting salesforce team as a salesforce developer. This role will report to the CRM and business intelligence manager and work with them to configure and customise our salesforce implementation across service cloud, sales cloud and experience cloud. You'll design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of businesses, enhancing their customer engagement and business processes.



Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Application Development: Utilizing Apex (Salesforce's programming language) and Visualforce, Salesforce developers create custom applications and features tailored to an organization's requirements. This involves coding, testing, and deploying these applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• System Integration: Developers integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. This can involve working with APIs and building middleware solutions.
• Customization and Configuration: They customize existing Salesforce features by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to enhance business processes and improve user experience.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Salesforce developers are responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues within the Salesforce environment. This includes debugging code, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other stakeholders, such as business analysts, project managers, and end-users, developers gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure that the solutions align with business goals.
