    Estamos en busqueda de un perfil especialista en ventas dentro del sector IT, será responsable del crecimiento del negocio de aplicaciones empresariales de Microsoft .



    Funciones:
    • Desarrollar las ventas un Marketplace (facturación, número de revendedores, etc.)
    • Ser el punto de venta líder de ofertas en la nube para revendedores y ayudarlos en la arquitectura de CRM, ERP y soluciones de low code utilizando herramientas como MS Dynamics, Business Central y Power Platform Solutions.
    • Realizar el discurso de venta de las ofertas según la tipología de cliente.
    • Garantizar un estrecho seguimiento y colaboración con el equipo de gestión de cuentas.
    • Garantizar la máxima satisfacción del cliente y una gestión eficaz de incidencias con el equipo de soporte.
    • Seguimiento regular con Microsoft.
    • Realizar capacitaciones periódicas, seminarios web y talleres internamente (equipo local) y externamente (revendedores).


    Requisitos:
    • 2 años de experiencia en venta de servicios en la nube.
    • Dominio del discurso cloud (hosting, Iaas, Saas) y experiencia contrastada en el sector IT.
    • Conocimiento de ERP, CRM y aplicaciones de código bajo (Microsoft u otras, es decir, Force Manager)
    • Habilidades de comunicación profesional (oral y escrita).
    • Muy buenos conocimientos de Microsoft Office (MS Excel en particular).
    • Fluido en español e inglés.

    We are looking for Salesforce Developer who will focus on implementing Salesforce based Field Service products

    You will joining our team working with one of the top IT vendors

    The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Salesforce Field Service utilizing best practices using declarative and imperative methods to deliver an effective solution.

    Your day to day will be
    • Build, and configure applications to meet business processes and application requirements
    • Develop custom and out-of-the-box solutions using Salesforce and Field Service functionality (APEX, SOQL, Lightning Component/Lightning Web Components, Visualforce as well as declarative tools such as Field Service mobile flows)
    • Participate in software development life cycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
    • Provide documentation for reference/maintenance.
    • Implement solutions utilizing best practice and participate in peer for code reviews and unit testing.
    • Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 year ofSalesforce development experience.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in Field Service software or business practices



    Preferred Skills:

    • Cloud based Field Service solutions specific experience highly desired.
    • Experience in Salesforce implementations.
    • Prior experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Service Cloud
    • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Product Management
    • Own the product vision & agile execution within a multidisciplinary scrum team
    • Translate the Business Owner expectations into a backlog of features needed to achieve strategic goals.
    • Drive the value creation process in the product design & development, in close collaboration with IT & Business Owner
    • Manage the relationship with business stakeholders
    • Drive the continuous improvement efforts to best meet users' expectations and feedbacks.
    • Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management




    Skills & Qualifications
    • Interact with end-users and technical team to test ideas, to prototype and identify continuous improvement opportunities
    • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
    • Product Management
    • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams
    • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
    • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
    • Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
    • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally.
