    Job Description


    Role & Responsibilities

    You will be a key member to start up company in Japan, acting as a SaaS Sales "Hunter" with a track record of closing newbusiness. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years selling SaaS Solutions to enterprise clients where typical deal size ranges from $100K - $500K/year. In addition, candidates should have at least 8+ years overall industry experience. Stronger fit exists with those who have experience working with enterprise companies and understand the hands-on culture of a smaller enterprise sales organization. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on non-ERP solutions. Experience selling digital marketing solutions (analytics, CRM, marketing automation, digital media publishing or content marketing solutions) would be the best fit. Prior experience should include collaboration with Marketing/Sales Enablement team including input into the lead generation process.


    Skills & Qualifications

    Background in Enterprise Sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology required Outstanding verbal, written and stand up presentation skills Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline, required. Demonstrated ability to quickly come up to speed on new cloud apps and tools. A proven connector in your daily life through social media and other mediums Up-to-date on digital and application trends, especially in the mobile space Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and the decision making process for large SaaS investments Prior experience in a startup technology company a plus Territory planning and account planning Value selling approach with product demonstration English: Intermediate level

    Aufgaben
    • Du übernimmst die vertriebliche Hauptverantwortung für die Identifizierung und Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie das Cross- und Upselling bei ausgewählten Bestandskunden in der DACH-Region
    • Du managest den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der Vorqualifizierung neuer Leads, über die Analyse des konkreten Geschäftsbedarfs, die Ausarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten und Angeboten bis hin zu Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen und einem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
    • Du orchestrierst deine internen Kollegen aus den Bereichen Presales, Consulting und Architektur während des gesamten Vertriebszyklus . Dabei ist es dir stets wichtig, effizient und qualitativ hochwertig zu arbeiten und - falls möglich - auch selbständig Workshops bzw. Präsentationen durchzuführen und Konzepte zu erarbeiten.
    • Du siehst dich als strategischer Advisor für deine Kunden, durchdringst deren Geschäftsmodell und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit ihnen eine Roadmap mit kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Initiativen in den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und mit Bezug auf aktuelle Best Practices.


    Qualifikation
    • Du bringst Vertriebserfahrung im IT-Dienstleistungs- oder im Cloud-Software-Umfeld mit
    • Du hattest idealerweise schon konkrete Berührungspunkte mit Salesforce oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Plattformen
    • Digitalisierung in den Bereichen Sales, Marketing und Service ist ein Thema, das dich begeistert
    • Du bist hochmotiviert, dich in komplexe Kundensituationen einzuarbeiten, Stakeholder zu managen und die beste Lösung für den Kunden zu finden
    • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch

    I am working with a leading B2B Digital services agency that is on the lookout for someone to join their team as a Demand Generation Specialist. You will be working closely with a team of Marketing Automation and Demand Gen experts to deliver projects for some of the biggest companies on the planet!



    As the Demand Generation Specialist, a major responsibility you'll have would be for generating revenue for the EMEA region and working with a variety of teams to do so. A big part of this role would be to create and execute targeted and personalised campaigns to help drive meetings. A key responsibility will include planning, building strategy as well as campaign success analysis and cross-team collaboration. The bulk of organisations that you would be working with are B2B SaaS organisations so this role represents a great opportunity to get into the tech space.



    Key Skills
    • 2-3 years of experience within a similar role ie. Demand Generation, Email marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing
    • Previous experience with executing B2B digital marketing programmes
    • Understanding of Marketing Automation strategy and testing methods
    • Optimising lead management processes tracking MQLs, SQLs and ROI

The right candidate will have proven previous hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience maintaining and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications in Salesforce Lightning environment.



    The responsibilities:



    Non-technical assistance with the formation of sales proposals



    Coordinating queries between the Sales and Technical teams regarding proposals
