    Responsibilities
    • Establish and foster relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and Partner Sales Team and work collaboratively to engage and acquire new potential clients
    • Cultivate leads and prospect for new clients within the Salesforce ecosystem, generating interest in R Systems as a partner of choice
    • Understand clients' business needs and goals
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the clients and demonstrate the ROI of Salesforce solutions and R System's ability to effectively implement and streamline those solutions to meet their objectives
    • Lead and manage all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting, lead qualification, project scopes, generate presentations and SOWs and negotiate contracts as required


    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Experience of engaging with and presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs
    • Good experience of selling CRM and Salesforce services
    • Minimum 8+ years of experience in services sales for IT services / consulting organizations


    • At least 4 years' experience in Salesforce services sales on implementation and application support /maintenance projects (this one is a must)


    • Experienced at handling deal's ranging from 25k - 250k USD
    • Awareness of competition and other SIs/partners strengths / credentials
    • Self-driven and highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
    • Experience of Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud is must

    Job Description

    • Document customer requirements and help to produce project plans which guide the customers through a successful implementation.
    • Define data migration strategies and help customers migrate their data into Workbooks.
    • Configure Workbooks to meet customer requirements.
    • Project management of smaller projects and implementations, ensuring that milestones are met, and customer expectations are achieved.
    • Work with the product management and the engineering teams to influence the product road-map based on customer feedback.
    • Deliver on-site and remote web-based training.


    Skills & Capabilities
    • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
    • To be professional and conduct yourself with integrity at all times.
    • Build good working relationships with customers and other members of the team.
    • Good presentation skills both in person and virtually.
    • Previous experience with Salesforce is desirable but not expected.
