    Job Description

    Are you a Technology account executive with solid business acumen and technology solution sales experience looking for your next challenge in the ecosystem? My client is a highly successful and well-established consultancy organization based in London that is actively hiring for a Salesforce Account Executive position.

    This is an excellent opportunity that offers significant autonomy and has a large growth trajectory with lots to get involved in.


    Role & Responsibilities
    • Manage the relationships with Salesforce stakeholders to build trust and demonstrate capability, helping Salesforce AE's and Managers win more deals.
    • Manage and qualify all inbound leads and inquiries in a professional, efficient manner
    • Own the relationship with your customers and lead discussions to determine and understand the client's expectations, processes, and requirements through group scoping sessions
    • Build interesting and compelling customer proposals with the help of technical resources



    Skills & Qualifications
    • A background in a Salesforce Consultant or Account management role is highly preferred (previous consultancy experience is preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with business owners, C-suite, and other business stakeholders.
    • Driven individual with a desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial consultancy environment

    Responsibilities:
    • Create regional sales plans aligned with local Sales leadership and business objectives to achieve quota
    • Build organic pipeline within your region by establishing partner relationships and generating direct leads
    • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential customers to prospect and qualify new business
    • Understand customer requirements and develop presentations addressing their business needs

    • Track regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities


    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in successfully selling Salesforce solutions-based technology and service offerings within a consultative/team environment, while building new business within an existing territory
    • Good understanding of Cloud/SaaS platforms, ecosystem technologies, and their benefits across multiple sectors
    • Ability to analyze, assess, and address prospects' needs in enterprise accounts, effectively communicating the value of our products and services
    • Highly motivated with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills * Experience in remote selling using screen share/video technology (e.g., Google Meet) to convey value propositions and solution offerings
    • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, able to lead discussions on complex subjects * Self-starting and adaptable to hybrid roles
    • Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
    • Proficient in Gslide for presentation development and collaboration

    My Client, a Salesforce Partner, is looking to bring on a Salesforce Customer Success Manager who is located in the tri-state area!

    As a part of this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong connections with clients, gaining in-depth knowledge of their business operations, and comprehending their project objectives and targets. Your primary focus will be on ensuring project success rather than solely managing the team's processes.

    The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in effectively overseeing the team to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects. They will facilitate the development of solutions or products and provide continuous support to clients throughout the delivery process, ensuring active engagement from all business stakeholders.

    This position holds particular significance in complex projects or enterprise transformation programs that may involve multiple challenges and dependencies. The Customer Success Manager will need to navigate and support the delivery team in addressing these obstacles, ensuring project success. In summary, this role involves a customer-centric consulting approach, with a strong emphasis on team management and facilitating successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities:
    • Managing a portfolio of 8-10 accounts
    • Collaborating closely with sales and delivery teams
    • Establishing client relationships and gaining insights into their business, objectives, and roadmaps

    • Managing the Salesforce Opportunity pipeline

    • Maintaining active customer references
    • Reviewing and approving invoices


    Qualifications:
    • At least 5 years of experience as an account manager in product or services consulting
    • Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and its benefits for customers is essential
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and expand enterprise accounts
    • Achievement-oriented with a strong drive for success
    • Comfortable building relationships with C-level stakeholders and Salesforce Account Executives

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
    • Drive discipline and accuracy around sales qualification, Salesforce data entry and pipeline management to support forecasting on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
