    Role Description:
    • Position will require a unique blend of thinking strategically outside of the box combined with hands-on practice experience and excellent communication skills. Additionally, a technical understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise software customer IT.
    • The product manager will work w/ internal and external stakeholders, including peer product managers from other lines of business, to help shape the vision and execute on delivering values.
    • A subject matter expert within mortgage/finance industry
    • Have experience working with lenders, appraisers, service's, and other stakeholders
    • Supports the team by working towards removing obstacles and distractions
    • Takes responsibility and accountability for the product from conception to execution to delivery and maintenance.
    • Identify and solves the top problems and ensures the final product meets the business need, delivers maximum value and delights users




    Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
    • Salesforce optional
    • Experience in the Mortgage/Finance Industry
    • 7 years' Experience managing and delivering agile teams and participating in large, complex planning and deliveries
    • 5 years of experience as a Value Stream Subject Matter Expert for loan-home projects
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, computer science or other relevant training
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant - Fully Remote



    The organisation that you would be joining is a fast-growing boutique Salesforce Partner with a great customer base of large scale companies. The company itself happens to be the largest Salesforce Partner in their region and the role would give you the opportunity to be one of the first to join a growing Marketing Cloud team.



    As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be taking on a range of responsibilities from presales to technical delivery. You will be working closely with the Account Executives and accompanying them to Presales meetings and answering some of the more technical questions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As well as this you will be working quite closely with the clients and gathering requirements and recommend solutions based on those requirements. Another key responsibility of this role will be to work on the technical delivery of these projects alongside a team of technical Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts.



    Key Skills:

    - Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential

    - Certifications on Salesforce Marketing Cloud such as the Consultant and Email Specialist are essential

    - Knowledge of Datorama is key here

    - Previous experience working with a Salesforce Partner is ideal but not essential

    My client is a successful Non-profit End User organization that has an upcoming requirement for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce professional with a strong background in Development, systems administration, and configuration to join a successful, growing organization and progress in their career.


    Role & Responsibilities
    • Lead the in-house development team to deliver Salesforce digital transformation projects
    • Work with the internal CRM Business Analyst to translate business requirements into implementations
    • Perform all tasks related to the development of a medium-sized Salesforce implementation (system configuration, managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields etc.)



    Skills & Qualifications
    • Extensive understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform
    • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
    • understanding Integrations with 3rd party systems
    • Experience leading/managing a Salesforce Development team
    • Certifications such as Platform Developer 1 & 2, Administrator, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant certications are recommended

    As a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in CPQ and Experience Cloud, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' business needs, defining requirements, and designing Salesforce solutions that drive value. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
