About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on Experience Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce Experience Cloud environment to drive seamless customer and partner engagement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-friendly and efficient Experience Cloud platform that aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Design and implement custom portals, communities, and digital experiences to enhance customer and partner engagement.
• Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings for Experience Cloud users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Experience Cloud solutions.
• Work with developers to implement custom Lightning components, flows, and automations to improve the user experience.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for security and scalability.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to leverage new Experience Cloud features.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of Experience Cloud solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required; Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, sharing rules, and customization options.
• Experience with Lightning App Builder, Flows, and Process Builder for automating business processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, data sharing, and permission sets.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Experience Cloud customization is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
