    Functional Consultant - Salesforce Community Cloud - Stockholm, Sweden



    My client is looking for 2x Functional Consultants for an ongoing Salesforce Community Cloud project in the E-Commerce sector.

    Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, preferably working with Salesforce Community Cloud.



    Collaboration/Innovation

    Working closely with the client, you'll analyse exactly what they need through a series of client meetings, facilitated workshops and stakeholder interviews. You'll play back the requirements and prepare functional documentation to exceed client expectations using your deep functional Salesforce product knowledge and understanding of Community Cloud and software features. You'll indulge your passion for Salesforce and CRM and your love of exploring ideas. And qualities like these will help you become the go-to consultant for the client's most complex challenges.

    Role & Responsibilities:
    • You'll be working very closely with the client to understand their complex business processes and requirements, you'll help them develop Community Cloud solutions whilst adding business value and innovation through your extensive functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform
    • You'll be confident with workshop facilitation, an excellent communicator, and the interface between the client and our Salesforce consultants ensuring the requirements are translated into solutions
    • You'll add significant value to the project through recommending and suggesting features that meet our client's needs and be able to configure Salesforce features
    • Our client will look to you as the Salesforce functional expert expecting you to exceed their expectations and maximise investment from the Salesforce platform, you'll have an enquiring mind to solve our clients most complex business challenges


    About You:
    • Good experience of Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis experience covering ideally Community Cloud and/or Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud
    • Experience of working on large complex end user or client projects involving several hundred Salesforce end users
    • Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a wider team that includes highly skilled Salesforce developers, change management consultants and testers
    • Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating these into clear user stories, managing the product backlog and assisting the client with testing and product demonstrations
    • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders in a jargon free and easy to understand way
    • Experience working with 3rd party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors is a plus e.g. Mulesoft, Apptus, etc.

    A major client of mine is currently looking for a Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Developer for a Telco project in Stockholm, Sweden.



    About You:

    To succeed in the role as Salesforce Developer, you must have following qualifications:
    • You will have 3 or more years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
    • Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework.
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
    • Advanced knowledge of Process Builder and Flows.
    • Experience with APIs and integrations.
    • Experience working on an Agile development team.
    • Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Excellent collaboration skills.
    • Fluent in English

    CRM Analyst - Stockholm, Sweden - 6 months+



    A major global Partner is seeking a CRM Analyst with experience in Marketing Data Analysis for a new project. This role can be located in either Stockholm, Malmo or Copenagen.



    About the Role:

    Your main responsibility as a CRM Analyst is to monitor how the dialogues perform. You perform analysis of sales statistics, number of sent communications, opening frequency, click statistics, etc. for each dialogue and target group, all to find optimization opportunities that provide an increased uplift and a positive effect on the total customer base.



    Your Responsibility:
    • Follow up and analyze how the customer dialogues perform
    • Provide your team with customer insights, analyzes and statistics that form the basis for dialogue design
    • Have an overview of which target groups / offers are communicated via active dialogues
    • Follow up the processing rate of the customer base
    • Follow up and analyze the dialogues on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
    • Provide suggestions for optimizing the target group based on data insights






    To Succeed in this Role:
    • You are used to collecting and aggregating data, information and insights to present how activities, campaigns or dialogues move towards their goals.
    • You have experience of working with customer databases and making searches in these via various systems with e.g. SQL queries.
    • You understand how data models and data flow work for CRM systems and are used to making demands on IT regarding ata.
    • You have experience of working with requirements and testing of data, as well as handling data cubes and systems for data analysis and reporting.
    • We would like you to have an understanding of how the combination of communication in several channels with a relevant target group can increase sales.
    • As a person, you are change- and result-oriented with a great deal of curiosity and structure. With your proactivity and drive, you are happy to take responsibility for solving your work tasks as well as possible, while you are sensitive to the team's needs and ensure that your common goals are achieved.     Requirements:
    • Experience in Marketing Data Analysis (required)
    • 3-5 years experience with CRM-related activities & campaigns including analysis (required)
    • Degree in Marketing, Statistics or Economics (required)
    • Experience in the Insurance industry (beneficial)
