Junior Salesforce Developer - Philadelphia, PA - $100-120K

An established company in the Philadelphia area is looking to add a Junior Salesforce Developer to their team. The right candidate be comfortable in a hybrid Salesforce Administrator (70%)/Developer (30%) role. You should have 3+ years of Salesforce experience and at least 1 year of hands on Development experience with LWC, Apex Triggers, Classes, & Batch Apex.

This is a hybrid position, so you must be willing to work in office 3x a week.

We are seeking…
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, 1+ years of hands on development experience
  • Ability to take ownership of Salesforce administration functions (e.g. user access & management, support queue monitoring, 3rd party SFDC app support, perform data loads, exports, facilitate daily triage calls, etc.) with a date & customer focused mindset
  • Ability to work closely with the technical lead, project manager and members of the business to understand the requirements, use cases & expectations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with other developers and the project manager
  • Proven ability to manage workload, communicate status, and execute on time.
  • Provide production support coverage. Qualifications: * 1 year or more of Salesforce development experience required
  • Experience with both LWC and Aura Components required
  • Experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and SOQL
  • Experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with VS Code, sfdx, and git
  • Prior experience with Java or .Net is a plus
  • SFDC certifications are a plus (preferred): Platform Developer I, Platform JavaScript Developer I

Key Responsibilities
