Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.


  • Manage end-to-end configuration and development of custom objects, record types, automations, and integrations.


  • Build and maintain solutions that support operational and client service objectives.


  • Leverage Experience Cloud to design and enhance secure, user-friendly external portals.


  • Implement and support features in Service Cloud and Voice Cloud, including:


    • Case management, knowledge bases, and automated workflows.


    • Call routing, IVR, transcription, and call recordings for internal training and process improvement.


  • Lead integrations between Salesforce and various third-party tools such as form builders, document generation tools, e-signature platforms, and scheduling systems.


  • Ensure robust and secure data flow between platforms and systems.


  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and trends, proactively applying new features and best practices.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.


  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.


  • Proficiency in Apex, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.


  • Strong experience with:


    • Experience Cloud


    • Service Cloud


    • Voice Cloud
