    About the Role



    Seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Developer to take ownership of our Marketing Cloud ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will manage and enhance Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Personalization, driving the design and delivery of scalable, data-driven marketing solutions.

    You will play a key role in shaping platform strategy, building robust integrations, and enabling personalised customer journeys across multiple channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end platform management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Personalization
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable marketing solutions aligned with business requirements
    • Build and optimise complex SQL queries for segmentation, data extensions, and automation workflows
    • Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and third-party platforms
    • Create dynamic, personalised content using AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and HTML

    • Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and segmentation
    • Strong experience working with APIs, integrations, and data synchronisation

    The Role:

    The Day To Day

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
