My client already has a successful Oracle CPQ practice and wants to launch a Salesforce practice; You will be focused on selling Revenue Cloud/Commerce Cloud solutions while using outside resources to do the work/implementations. I need someone with connections and Salesforce sales experience to launch this practice; You will be employee #1 and their 2nd hire will be a presales person underneath you.



Sales Leadership
  • Participate with executive staff in developing company strategy and resources;
  • Contribute to the development and strategies associated with the corporate sales and revenue plans;
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and models;




Sales Management
  • Oversee the development and execution of account plans with both our partners and prospects & account managers;
  • Act as a player-manager, act as a sales lead and establish & oversee deal teams on our biggest deals;
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales booking and revenue goals, monthly, quarterly and annually;




Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience of progressive sales experience;
  • 3+ years selling Salesforce solutions; CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud a plus




Profile
  • The individual will have a pedigree of individual sales achievement within the technology industry and leading Global System Integrators
  • Experience delivering a seven digit sales target in previous sales management positions
  • Management of P&L

Salesforce Account Executive

Position: Salesforce Sales Leader
Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 3 years
We are looking for a quota carrying Sales hunter who will be responsible for leading sales activities to sell in Salesforce ecosystem. Your role would be reporting into the Salesforce Practice Sales Head for US. Activities include lead generation, identifying and creating opportunities with new customers and/or in our customer base and closing the same. Key to this role is to inspire customers on their digital transformation journey and how we could play an integral part in that journey using our Salesforce offerings. Thinking out of the box and demonstrating the art of the possibility is key to this role, building relationships in their region with the partner's sales team and our other sales executive is an important piece to generate leads and closing the opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
* Experience in selling
Salesfoce.com solutions is a must have.
* Ability to identify and sell to decision makers including C-Level executives.
* Consultatively identify requirements and propose solutions to customers that deliver business value.
* Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
* Territory Management, strategic account planning and execution within the assigned region.
* Partner with Account Executives to jointly sell into existing and new customer.
* Building strong relationships with partner sales and presales teams by providing value in their sales cycle.
* Experience working with offshore teams is good to have.
