    We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead and Solution Architect to join a dynamic IT team within a forward-thinking organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the digital transformation of customer and partner engagement through the Salesforce platform and other cutting-edge technologies.

    As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust solutions that integrate seamlessly with business processes. This position combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

    Role Highlights:
    • Serve as the technical leader, guiding development teams to create custom Salesforce solutions and integrations.
    • Design end-to-end architectures aligned with business objectives and best practices.
    • Manage technical releases, including environment setup, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
    • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Maintain and improve system documentation, data models, and architectural frameworks.
    • Evaluate platform updates and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency.


    Key Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and automation tools.
    • Proven ability to manage releases in an Agile/DevOps environment.
    • Strong background in integrating Salesforce with other systems and ensuring seamless data flow.
    • Leadership skills to manage both internal and external resources effectively.
    • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.


    Preferred Locations: Dallas, TX, or nearby areas, with occasional travel required.
