    Salesforce Engineer-Full Time Position-$110-$150K+

    This company is looking for someone who is eager to learn new technologies and solving technical challenges. They're searching for a self-starter who is confident in their coding ability to deliver scalable and maintainable features. You'll be heavily involved in the development life cycle of product features.     Roles & Responsibilities
    • Be a part of all steps of the SDLC: lead Solution Design meetings with clients, hold discovery sessions, document and analyze requirements, be involved in project meetings, design system, assign work to others, and assure everything works properly
    • Decompose feature requests into sizeable pieces of work with informed estimates
    • Handle basic admin functions: user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows,
    • Coordinate the scope and Jira Tickets of customer requests
    • Assists training new customers and onboarding of users within their orgs
    • Act as liaison between customers & development engineers
    • Write custom, scalable code from scratch
    • Ensure coding best practices through review feedback
    • Elaborate on technical challenges with thorough solutions


    Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years in consulting, preferably at a Salesforce Partner
    • 3+ Salesforce Certifications
    • Developed in Salesforce.com (Lighting Aura and or LWX, Apex Triggers, Batch classes)
    • Expert in building flows from scratch
    • Ability to shift quickly-from customer to customer, and cloud to cloud
    • Both declarative clicks-not-code and custom code, and understand why and when to shift between the two
    • Debug existing code & correct issues independently
    • Can juggle conflicting timelines. Can meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • HUGE PLUS: completed multiple projects with FSL or CPQ

    Solution Architect

    We are looking for a highly effective Solution Architect with Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud expertise to help customers successfully transform onto the Salesforce platform. This individual will provide thought leadership and best practice advice throughout the life cycle of the project.
