    Mason Frank is recruiting a Salesforce Solution Architect for a dynamic, international team specializing in Salesforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and AI solutions. This remote role (EST-based) focuses on designing scalable architectures, leading global delivery teams, and advising executives on transformative projects. You'll own solutions from strategy to execution, driving operational efficiency for mid-sized and enterprise clients ready to scale with innovative technologies.

    Responsibilities
    • Architect & Deliver: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures while adhering to best practices, limits, and integrations. Provide hands-on technical support to accelerate delivery.
    • Advise Clients: Act as the key technical and strategic advisor, facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and demos; clearly communicate complex trade-offs to technical and executive audiences.
    • Lead Teams & Projects: Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client goals; resolve escalations efficiently.
    • Support Growth: Partner with sales on scoping, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs); contribute architectural insights to pre-sales activities.
    • Contribute to Expertise: Create content like case studies, blogs, and webinars to enhance market presence; stay current on Salesforce and AI trends to position the team as industry leaders.


    Requirements
    • Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce consulting with architectural leadership in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud; proven success leading global teams on enterprise-scale projects.
    • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AgentForce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, AI-driven solutions, data modeling, security, and integrations.
    • Skills: Strong communication to translate technical concepts into business value; ability to simplify ideas for clients and content creation.
    • Certifications (Required): Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
    • Certifications (Preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect, Agentforce Specialist.

    A highly rated global speciality property & casualty insurer focused on small to mid-sized commercial clients is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support their Salesforce platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the ground floor of their Salesforce implementation!

    Responsibilities
    • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating them into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
    • Design scalable Salesforce solutions, recommending the best combination of declarative features and custom development
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including data models, use cases, test scenarios, training materials, and release notes
    • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, coordinate sandbox management, and oversee change deployment to production
    • Own the enhancement backlog, prioritise incoming requests, and enforce change governance processes
    • Build and deliver recurring reconciliation reports, executive dashboards, and monthly aggregated data sets under strict deadlines
    • Investigate and resolve data quality, mapping, and integration issues in collaboration with technical teams
    • Produce ad hoc analyses and actionable insights for leadership and strategy teams

    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
    • An active Salesforce Administrator certification is required
    • Additional certifications strongly preferred (Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst)
    • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition
    • Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, large data sets)
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, integrations, and reporting capabilities
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, present to senior leadership, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Comfortable thriving in high-pressure periods and delivering against firm monthly deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-directed with strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment

    Senior Implementation Manager

    Overview

    We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to serve as Senior Implementation Manager, leading the Implementation Specialists team in a player/coach capacity. This role combines hands-on Salesforce architecture and team management responsibilities.

    The Senior Implementation Manager will work directly with senior leadership to ensure high-quality customisation, integration, and administration of the organisation's CRM Platform. The ideal candidate excels at cross-team collaboration, including with Client Success Managers, Support Desk teammates, and 3rd-party vendors, while delivering scalable and strategic Salesforce solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Management
    • Supervise and mentor the Junior Implementation Specialist, ensuring successful project execution.
    • Manage team resources across weekly sprints for optimal allocation and utilization.
    • Lead system conversion projects and new integration implementations with accurate, timely delivery.
    • Coordinate with 3rd-party developers, balancing workload across internal and external resources, while managing project timelines and budgets.


    Technical Expertise
    • Oversee daily customization of multiple Salesforce instances with a Practifi overlay.
    • Design and manage complex workflows using Salesforce declarative tools.
    • Develop and deploy custom reports and dashboards tailored to CSM requirements.
    • Configure integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
    • Perform data exports, transformations, and imports between systems.

    Requirements
    • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
    • 3+ years of Salesforce Solutions Architect experience.
    • 1+ year people management experience.
    • Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce technical implementations.
    • Hands-on experience with Practifi or other financial services ISV Salesforce platforms.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce custom objects, flows, triggers, and Lightning components/pages.
    • Familiarity with SOQL/SQL.
    • Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
    • Diligent, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker.
