    This Global consultancy is one of Europe's leading independent, partner led technology services and business consulting organisation and a highly regarded strategic partner for their clients. They are actively seeking a Marketing Cloud consultant to join their Salesforce instance to join their growing team.     The main aspect of this role is to work closely with clients and analyse what their business needs are and to then design, develop and deliver the right solutions. Your will be responsible for the functional and technical design of scalable, best in class Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our customers. As well as work with Senior Architects to translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the wider Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as well as a heavy focus on Interaction Studio.



    Key Skills:

    - In depth experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential

    - Experience using a wide range of Marketing Cloud modules such as Email studio, Automation studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, Content builder

    - In depth knowledge of Interaction studio (implementation experience also)

    - SQL, HTML, AMPscript and CSS knowledge

    - Exposure to Customer Data Platform tech

    - Prior consulting experience is favoured

    As a leading B2B Martech Agency, this organisation are always ready to expand their team. They are currently on the lookout for a Marketing Automation Technical Consultant, who will be their go to Automation expert for their clients.

    On a day to day basis, you will be working with your clients to develop and enhance their use of Marketo, and supporting them in building out a range of automation's across the platform to optimise their usage of their Automation platform. As a Consultant, you will be running workshops with clients and training users all whilst leaning on your prior technical knowledge of the platform to help clarify all needs. You will be working in the midst of experienced Automation professionals, learning off and alongside them and be working with high profiled clients.



    Key Skills:

    - Previous experience in a Marketing Automation focused role is essential - (Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua)

    - Email marketing campaign - Campaign building, Segmentation, Template design, HTML

    - Plan and execute campaigns - Drive leads through the sales funnel

    - Strong analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Work with stakeholders to document as-is processes, following appropriate documentation methodologies as required by being creative in offering new business processes as well as challenging existing processes.
    • Liaise with key stakeholders to design both the Salesforce Rodmap and wider business roadmap. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and welcome any new requirements or feedback in light of changing business priorities.
    • Further develop and enhance existing Salesforce Field Service Lightning works management system, and drive the successful implementation/migration of other contracts onto this platform.



    Skills & Qualifications
    • Multiple years experience as a Business Analyst, or Project Manager in a Salesforce implementation environment

    You will be joining a globally established end user that are looking to grow out their internal Salesforce practice. This organisation require a Salesforce Administrator to come in to assist with the day to day build and maintenance of Salesforce.


    In this position, you will provide various support across the data within Salesforce, ranging from data management, analytics and migrations. You will also drive the day to day customisation and configuration within Salesforce, creating a range of Workflows, Process Builders and Validation Rules. Another key aspect of this position will be engaging with c-level stakeholders to support on their Salesforce requirements as well as building custom reports and dashboards. You will also work closely with the internal Revenue Operations team, generating various leads and sales reports.
