Key responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
• Management of core administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, flows and other routine tasks.
• Hands on configuring, administrating and controlling solutions via the Salesforce platform
• Work with others to establish business needs and requirements (including non-functional requirements).

Salesforce Voice Lead

Location- 3 day's per week in London, Start date- ASAP

Contract Type- Permanent. Hours- Full Time, Salary - £80,000-£85,000

This role will be a vital role in the transformation of voice and omni-channel communication systems. This role will support the global head on system services across 35 locations globally

I am currently working with a global end user who is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their team and work on some key upcoming projects.

As the Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be levering the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for the business to hit key objectives. This will include coding AMPscript and SQL and intergrating APIs. You will be developing campaigns across the marketing mix, impacting the customer experience as you move them down the purchasing funnel.

Role Overview: A highly skilled Salesforce developer designs, develops, and implements customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) system.
