    • Serve as primary System Administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
    • Collaborate with IT to manage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations
    • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports user management, profiles, roles, permissions and dashboards
    • Responsible for the development and maintenance of workflows, assignment rules, queues, licenses, release management, troubleshooting, capacity & storage, and general systems maintenance and other routine tasks.
    • Lead on the identification of Salesforce development opportunities to ensure Salesforce is being utilised to its fullest capability, meeting the needs of our customers and organisation
    • Able to support end-to-end configuration and change management of the system within the current IT Change Management process, as & when improvements are implemented
    • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
    • Co-ordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
    • Maintain the Salesforce deployment - troubleshooting and fixing problems as they are logged
    • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organisation


    Skills & Qualifications
    • EXperienced in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Exposure to Marketing Cloud, CPQ, FSL and CRM Analytics would be beneficial.
    • Experience of working with Flows & Report Building
    • Salesforce Admin ADM201
    • Able to demonstrate Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
    • Knowledge of project management practices and tools

    Job Description

    Mason Frank have partnered with a private equity-backed organisation based in Birmingham who are in need of an experienced Sales Operations Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness, optimising processes, and ensuring the seamless operation of their sales team. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and continuous improvement of their Salesforce platform, enabling their sales team to achieve their targets efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong Salesforce expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.


    Role & Responsibilities
    • Manage and optimise the Salesforce platform, including customisation's, configurations, and integration's to meet the needs of the sales team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within Salesforce.
    • Develop and implement sales processes, workflows, and automation to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Design and generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
    • Develop and manage forecast models and methodologies
    • Ownership of territory planning and segmentation processes
    • Train and support sales team members on Salesforce functionality, ensuring effective utilisation of the platform.
    • Maintain data integrity and quality assurance within Salesforce, performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
    • Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements to optimise sales operations.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements.

    • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
    • Drive discipline and accuracy around sales qualification, Salesforce data entry and pipeline management to support forecasting on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
    • Ownership of quantitative analysis of the performance of key stakeholders.
