Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires proficiency in email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, journey building, and campaign optimization. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted, personalized, and engaging email campaigns that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Create email templates, dynamic content, and personalized messaging based on audience segmentation and targeting strategies.

Build and manage customer journeys, automation workflows, and triggered email campaigns.

Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance.

Conduct A/B testing and implement insights to improve email engagement and conversion rates.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of email marketing campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to continuously enhance email marketing efforts.

Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline email campaign execution and performance tracking.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability, HTML/CSS rendering, and subscriber management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Maintain email marketing calendar and communicate campaign schedules and timelines effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in email marketing campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, and GDPR compliance.

Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template design and customization.

Experience with audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization strategies.

Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights for optimization.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (preferred).
