We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee the post-sales orchestration of our e-commerce marketing program. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, creativity, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to achieving results within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and distribute marketing media kits and rate cards for paid placements.
  • Support in the management of marketing inventory across various digital channels.
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding best practices for campaign optimization.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and generate performance reports for partner review.
  • Gather creative assets and copy from partners for marketing purposes.
  • Take charge of executing marketing services on web platforms and via email.
  • Collaborate closely with ID.me sales, affiliate, and marketing teams.
  • Address customer dissatisfaction by issuing credits or discounted services as necessary.
  • Enhance campaign execution processes to maximize efficiency.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid marketing campaigns and marketing services for an e-commerce platform.
  • Experience in email campaign management is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on organization, data analysis, and attention to detail, capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to individual contributors, resolving issues and meeting schedules.
  • Capable of delivering technical presentations and developing operational plans to achieve monthly targets.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, exercising judgment, and interpreting data to define appropriate actions.
  • Comfortable receiving assignments based on defined objectives and processes, and providing direction to employees according to established policies.
  • Independent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues autonomously.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing with a publisher, agency, or affiliate network is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
