Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)

Remote Senior Salesforce Developer required (needs to be located in Sweden but can work remotely)

Are you a Senior Salesforce Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions within our organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive business process improvements.

Develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.

Customize Salesforce standard objects and fields, create custom objects, and design advanced Salesforce workflows and automation processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze use cases, and provide technical recommendations.

Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical design principles.

Perform Salesforce platform configuration, including but not limited to, user setup, security settings, roles/profiles, permission sets, and data management.

Work closely with Salesforce administrators to maintain system integrity, resolve issues, and optimize performance.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices, and leverage them to drive innovation and efficiency.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
