Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Application Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and requirements for tailored Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business needs, including entity creation, workflow design, and rule implementation.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, overseeing data migration, user training, and system testing.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support, resolving issues to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Design scalable CRM solutions aligned with industry standards, emphasizing efficiency and best practices.
  • Utilize automation capabilities in Dynamics 365 CRM to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.


Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with related technologies like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is advantageous.
