Required Skills & Experience



  • 8+ years of experience designing, planning, and executing large-scale marketing automation programs within a B2B environment.


  • Proven expertise across multiple enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, including advanced functionality, integrations, and optimization.


  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle-from awareness through retention-and how automation supports each stage.


  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.


  • Experience working with CRM systems and a solid grasp of automation-to-CRM integration best practices.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Demonstrated success collaborating within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.


  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
