As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on business analysis alongside hands-on experience within the Salesforce environment. You will primarily be responsible for core Business Analyst tasks, including requirement gathering, leading meetings, training, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting day-to-day activities within the Salesforce environment, including ticket management, user management, troubleshooting, and generating reports and dashboards.
Supporting integration initiatives between Salesforce and other ERP systems, requiring knowledge of training and understanding of integration processes.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Maintaining clear documentation and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrating self-sufficiency and the ability to work autonomously without the need for micromanagement.Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, troubleshooting, and report/dashboard generation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa.
Experience working in smaller team environments, ideally with 3-4 team members.
Familiarity with DevOps processes and ability to manage project workflows effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a clear and concise communication style.
Strong preference for candidates who thrive in documenting processes and procedures.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Personable and approachable demeanor, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
