Mason Frank International, a premier IT recruitment agency, is partnering with a leading End User in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector to find a talented Marketing Automation Specialist proficient in Pardot. As the go-to expert in marketing automation, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging campaigns, optimizing workflows, and driving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns using Pardot to target and engage prospects across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dynamic, personalized content that resonates with our target audience.
• UtilizePardot's automation capabilities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
• Experience with lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
