About the Role

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Consultant to join our clients team and play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation, and innovation of their Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both administration and consultancy, engaging with stakeholders, and leveraging modern AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce.

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce is highly desirable. However, candidates with hands-on experience implementing or supporting alternative AI tools or intelligent automation solutions within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  Administer, configure, and optimise Salesforce to support business processes across multiple teams
• 
  
  Act as a trusted Salesforce consultant to stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable solutions
• 
  
  Design and implement automation using tools such as Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), validation rules, and custom objects
• 
  
  Configure and support AI-driven functionality, ideally Salesforce Agentforce, or alternative AI/ML tools integrated with CRM platforms
• 
  
  Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and data security
• 
  
  Maintain data integrity through data management, cleansing, and validation activities
• 
  
  Support system enhancements, releases, testing, and deployments
• 
  
  Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to users
• 
  
  Collaborate with developers, product owners, and third-party vendors where required

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  
  Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
• 
  
  Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, reports, dashboards, etc.)
• 
  
  Experience with AI tools within Salesforce, ideally Agentforce, or comparable AI-driven CRM solutions
• 
  
  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• 
  
  Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

  Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Consultant certifications)

  Experience integrating third-party tools or AI platforms with Salesforce
