Overview

A UK‑based CRM consultancy is seeking a Senior HubSpot Consultant to deliver end‑to‑end HubSpot implementations. The role centres on CRM design, data migration, and integrations, working directly with clients through discovery, delivery, and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HubSpot CRM implementations across marketing, sales, and service
• Review existing systems and define CRM architecture approaches
• Design and manage data structures and system integrations
• Plan and oversee data migrations
• Advise clients on HubSpot configuration and automation
• Work alongside delivery and technical teams
• Support junior consultants where required

Experience Required

• 3+ years' hands‑on HubSpot implementation experience
• Experience with data migration and integrations
• Understanding of CRM data architecture
• Ability to manage multiple client projects
• Confident client‑facing communication

Desirable

• HubSpot certifications
• Experience using APIs or integration tools
• Exposure to data modelling or reporting
• Experience delivering training or workshops
