
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Benefits

Overview
An established end customer based in Manchester is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and support a user base of approximately 70 users. The organisation uses Sales Cloud as its core CRM alongside other Salesforce products and is continuing to invest in the platform to support business growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on administrator who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, improving system adoption, and driving continuous improvement across Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator for a 70-user environment
Manage and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products
Configure and support:
Users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
Custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows
Provide day-to-day user support, including troubleshooting issues and managing requests
Work closely with sales and wider business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Support system enhancements, releases, and ongoing platform improvements
Maintain data quality, including data imports, cleansing, and reporting
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insight
Manage integrations with third-party systems where required
Ensure best practices are followed around documentation, change management, and platform governance
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a commercial environment
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
Experience supporting a multi-user Salesforce org (circa 50+ users preferred)
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration (no/low-code)
Experience with automation tools such as Flow
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Salesforce platform
