
Job Title: Business Development Executive (AI Solutions)
Location: Fully Remote (UK-wide)
Salary: OTE Ranges from £180,000-£220,000

As they continue to expand globally, we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new customer acquisition across key verticals.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customers ("new logos") across one or more of the following sectors:
- Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices)
- Oil & Gas / Energy (OG&E)
- Automotive / Industrial
This is a pure hunting role, focused on building pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients within target industries
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop strategic account plans and go-to-market approaches
- Engage C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to tailor solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven track record of securing new logos in enterprise sales
- Experience selling into at least one of the following sectors:
- Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech/Med Device)
- Oil & Gas / Energy (OG&E)
- Automotive / Industrial
- Experience selling complex technology solutions (AI, SaaS, data platforms, or similar)
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, hunter-style role
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Desirable
- Experience selling AI or advanced analytics solutions
- Familiarity with US-based organisations or global sales environments
- Existing network within target industries
