Sr. Salesforce Developer

Position Summary

A growing organization is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to support ongoing development and optimization of its Salesforce platform. This role sits within a core engineering team supporting multiple business functions.

You'll work cross-functionally to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions across the platform. The environment includes a mix of custom development and declarative configuration, with a focus on performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.

This is a hybrid role with occasional onsite requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across core platform functionality
• Design and implement scalable features using both declarative tools and custom code
• Support enhancements to data structures, automation, and system integrations
• Build custom components, workflows, and user-facing functionality
• Evaluate incoming requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, and code reviews
• Monitor system performance and support ongoing releases and improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical features

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning components, and standard platform capabilities
• Experience working with integrations and APIs
• Familiarity with version control and deployment best practices
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling large data volumes and performance considerations
