Salesforce Technical Architect

We are seeking a Technical Architect with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance our client's platform architecture and support system initiatives. This role focuses on aligning technology solutions with business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration across applications. The environment promotes flexibility and allows for collaboration among teams while maintaining a clear focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Senior Salesforce Architect: Drive the architectural vision for Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud, delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions with deep expertise in Flows, APEX, Lightning Components, and platform governance.
• Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to shape and align the Salesforce roadmap with long-term, patient-first mission, identifying opportunities where Salesforce can unlock tangible business value.
• Autonomous Owner & Decision Maker: Independently lead complex Salesforce initiatives end-to-end - from concept to measurable outcomes. Owning roadmap prioritisation and stakeholder alignment without reliance on a PM or PO.
• Integration & Reliability Champion: Deliver robust, secure integrations between Salesforce and critical third-party systems, proactively addressing performance, reliability, and platform constraints to ensure seamless operations.
• Mentor & Engineering Culture Leader: Guide and uplift fellow Salesforce engineers, set technical standards, champion best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and AI-driven innovation.

This role is based in Zurich and a valid work Permit is required in order to initiate the application process.
