We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the transition of their professional services function from manual coordination to a self-service scheduling. This person will own the strategy, rollout, and continual refinement of their tools for scheduling Professional Services work. Experience building roadmaps and familiarity with Salesforce Field Service is important for this role.

* Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on Salesforce.com
* Strong experience with Salesforce Field Services, scheduling systems
* Ability to gather and prioritise requirements from various business units
* Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and leadership to define and prioritize product vision, strategy, and roadmap
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
