Salesforce Engineering Lead - $135-155K

This is a Salesforce Engineering Lead position, where you will will focus 50% of your day on Salesforce Development and 50% on leadership tasks. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a strong Salesforce Development background, and experience leading/managing developers.



Requirements:

* 8+ years of Salesforce experience
* Proven experience with Salesforce.com, including configuration and custom development
* Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
* Strong experienc with DevOps (Copado, Flosum)
* Ability to speak with business stakeholders across various departments
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment
* Experience leading other Engineers
