We are seeking an Enterprise Business Systems Lead to drive business performance, operational excellence, and digital transformation through the strategic use of Salesforce and enterprise technology. This role serves as the business owner and functional leader of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and key integrations across the enterprise.

Acting as the primary bridge between business and technology, this individual will partner with cross-functional leadership to optimize processes, improve data quality, increase user adoption, and deliver scalable solutions that support growth. This is a highly visible role requiring both deep Salesforce expertise and strong business acumen, particularly within complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the functional leader and business owner of the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning technology with enterprise strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to drive process optimization
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, emphasizing configuration over customization
  • Lead the integration and optimization of Salesforce with ERP systems and other enterprise platforms
  • Own and manage the Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and strategic impact
  • Coordinate with IT and external partners to ensure successful delivery, testing, and deployment of enhancements
  • Establish and enforce data governance, reporting standards, and system integrity to improve decision-making
  • Drive user adoption through training, enablement, and change management initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate platform capabilities and emerging technologies to enhance performance and scalability
  • Support a connected, enterprise-wide systems environment that enables efficient, data-driven operations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business process improvement, or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ)
  • Proven experience supporting complex, multi-site manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting large-scale CRM and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional business processes (Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing)

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) or similar platforms
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, or Infor
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or engineer-to-order / configure-to-order environments
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Work Environment
  • Hybrid work model (onsite + remote flexibility)
  • Travel required (approximately 10-50% depending on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • 401(k) with employer match
    • Paid time off and holidays
    • Professional development and growth opportunities

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and is passionate about driving transformation through enterprise systems.
