Job Title: Salesforce Senior Consultant
Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role is fully remote and will focus on delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions across CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and configure scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on CPQ and Field Service Lightning.
• 
  
  Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
• 
  
  Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.
• 
  
  Provide end-to-end solution architecture and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  
  Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations.
• 
  
  Lead data migration, integration strategies, and system testing.
• 
  
  Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and align them with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 
  
  Salesforce CPQ Certified or demonstrated expertise in CPQ implementations.
• 
  
  Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• 
  
  Solid experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• 
  
  Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver within tight timelines.
• 
  
  Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and standard/custom object modeling.
• 
  
  Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  
  Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant).
• 
  
  Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL.
• 
  
  Previous consulting experience or background in client-facing roles.
