About the Role



Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our growing technology team based in London. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the design, development, governance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.

You will lead the technical direction of Salesforce solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Salesforce platform capabilities, including Salesforce CPQ, declarative development, integrations, and platform governance.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence the Salesforce roadmap, mentor developers and administrators, and drive best practices across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical leadership and strategic direction of the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements.
  • Act as the technical authority for Salesforce architecture, development standards, and platform governance.
  • Deliver and support Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
  • Champion declarative-first development approaches, leveraging Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Dynamic Forms, and other platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
  • Manage and mentor Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and third-party partners.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
  • Oversee release management, deployment processes, and environment strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimisation.
  • Support integration projects involving Salesforce and external systems.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to maximise business value.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience working with Salesforce in a technical leadership, platform lead, or solution architect capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Deep understanding of declarative Salesforce development, including:
    • Salesforce Flow
    • Validation Rules
    • Approval Processes
    • Process Automation
    • Dynamic Forms
    • Reports and Dashboards
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce delivery projects.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs.

About the Role



Seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Developer to take ownership of our Marketing Cloud ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will manage and enhance Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Personalization, driving the design and delivery of scalable, data-driven marketing solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping platform strategy, building robust integrations, and enabling personalised customer journeys across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end platform management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable marketing solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Build and optimise complex SQL queries for segmentation, data extensions, and automation workflows
  • Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and third-party platforms

This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and 3rd party integration's, playing a key part in shaping the technical future of the Salesforce platform.
