    Job Description



    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support the full lifecycle of marketing automation delivery across our organisation. You will be responsible for the design, configuration, execution, and optimisation of end‑to‑end campaigns, journeys, and marketing workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands‑on platform experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.



    Role & Responsibilities

    • Lead the end to end setup and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple different business functions.
    • Build and optimise customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and other SFMC modules.
    • Deliver highly targeted, automated marketing campaigns that support customer engagement, retention, and conversion goals
    • Develop personalised and dynamic content using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and segmentation logic
    • Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and deliver recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Provide technical guidance on platform utilisation, best practices, governance, and optimisation opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data‑handling best practices.



    Skills & Qualifications
    • Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a hands‑on technical capacity.
    • Ability to oversee full end‑to‑end lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and analysis.
    • Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and data manipulation within SFMC
    • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and delivering outputs independently.
    • Salesforce certifications are desirable

    This established and growing organisation is looking to strengthen its Salesforce delivery capability by bringing in an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the successful execution of key programmes across the Salesforce estate. This role will focus on overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives, managing technical backlogs, and ensuring best practice is followed throughout the project lifecycle.

    Own end-to-end delivery of technical solutions: lead discovery with stakeholders, document requirements, design and author technical specs, manage deployments - including migrations and handover-and train clients. Partner on proposals with cost estimates and scope definitions, create, own and maintain project delivery plans, communicate progress, and proactively manage risks. Serve as the technical authority to build trust with both business and technical client teams, collaborating with project and account leaders to foster healthy, profitable relationships and ensure adoption and success of delivered solutions. Continuously innovate to progress client offerings within both known and new technologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead technical discoveries with client stakeholders and document solution requirements within the context of the client's technical instance.

    Collaborate with client leads to create detailed, client-ready solution conceptual designs based on considered platform best practices.

    Translate conceptual designs into fully documented technical designs ready for build either by internal resources or by client technical resources.

    Manage the deployment of client solutions from staging to production including data migration, launch protocols, technical handover (documentation and client handover sessions).

    Collaborate with client leads and enablement leads to plan, prepare for and execute client enablement on delivered solutions to ensure adoption of new/revised processes.

    Innovate within known and new technologies to ensure solutions are market-leading and leverage most current capabilities.

    Contribute to development of client proposals including cost estimates, scope exclusions and considerations.

    Creating and managing project delivery plans for owned workstreams.

    Communicating progress internally in weekly and daily catch ups, anticipating shifts and delays and ensuring the wider business remain informed.

    Contribute to the building and maintenance of client relationships alongside client lead teams to nurture healthy and profitable client relationships.

    Identify and develop opportunities for continued growth within existing clients through continued progress and expansion of solutions and impact.

    Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms like HubSpot and Dynamics/Customer Insight Journeys or deep knowledge of the Salesforce product stack (certification in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement preferred, Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud desired).
