    Responsibilities

    • Design and optimize automated customer journeys and targeted campaigns across various CRM channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and more, to enhance customer conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Collaborate closely with a senior marketing leader to develop a messaging strategy that boosts customer activation, engagement, and retention through a mix of triggered, targeted, and promotional campaigns.
    • Innovate messaging approaches for activation programs aimed at engaging paid leads.
    • Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to align on project goals.
    • Lead the execution of email and mobile marketing initiatives in partnership with the brand team to create high-quality content.
    • Work with business intelligence teams to define key performance metrics for lifecycle programs and iterate on strategies for improvement.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Over 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing.
    • Demonstrated expertise in creating end-to-end email campaigns with a solid understanding of best practices in email and mobile marketing (including push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS).
    • Proven experience in building multi-channel customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Skilled in conducting A/B testing and translating results into actionable insights for stakeholders.
    • Experience in healthcare marketing is highly desirable.
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on enhancing the user experience.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
