    Job Description

    My client seeks a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant to join their team. This rapidly growing business and technology consulting company is a top Salesforce Partner where you get to work on enterprise-level projects (that are never under scoped). They are looking for a professional with strong verbal and written communication to interact with Executives, Sponsors, Managers, TA's, and Developers. As an FSL Consultant, you will work in an Enterprise Software Application environment and deal with C-level clients about solution requirements. This company seeks a disciplined, independent professional who can also be a strong team player. In this role, you will join proactive, talented and curious people that are hungry to find solutions for Salesforce FSL implementations.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Gather and translate business requirements to functional design, use cases, and business process flows
    • Work on Agile end-to-end implementations
    • Give demos, facilitate JAD, and assist working sessions with Product Owners and Business teams
    • Test the application and confirm test cases for testing team
    • Capable of handling multiple priorities while working in team environment
    • Create and edit functional design specifications from interpreting user needs
    • Manage/prioritize requirements with clients and internal Solution Architects


    Requirements
    • 3+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
    • Hands on experience with Salesforce Field Service to crease business solutions for clients
    • Previous configuration of Field Service Lightning
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology
    • Lead UAT preparation and execution
    • Has created mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes
    • Lead meetings for businesses requirement gathering or design discussions
    • Strong communication skills

    A successful Architect has strong Salesforce project experience and feels comfortable designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. They will have responsibility for creating / sharing / collaborating on materials to support both sales and delivery.
