    SFDC Developer CPQ, 180k+ bonus, fully remote



    We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ developer with over 3+years working on CPQ. This person will work on both CPQ, LWC, and more. This is part of the growing business systems team and the role will grow to help build out a solid team of developers and admins.



    This is an in-house, fully remote position for US Citizens and Green Card Holders only. No C2C.

    • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
    • Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
    • Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
    • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
    • Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
    • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
    • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance








    Requirements:
    • 3+ years technical CPQ Experience (Certification Desired)
    • SFDC certifications desired
    • Experience implemnting SAAS business systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication using the English language

    Responsibilities :
    Salesforce Management Experience-
    * Ensure that Salesforce data is maintained and accurate
    * Generate new reports and campaigns as needed

    * Assist with the development and execution of the donor experience and engagement strategies.
    * Fundraising forecasting and revenue reporting

    * Manage the donor pledge/invoice process and reconcile donor pledges and invoices between Advancement and Finance teams
    * Work with team members to develop and maintain forecasts, pipeline reports and performance scorecards

    * Support in the planning and execution of donor events
    Event/ Meeting Registration Invitation management-
    * Run and maintain VIP guest lists
    * Support the development and execution of donor communications and campaigns around events

    Qualifications
    * 2-3 years of experience working with nonprofit donors or leadership in fundraising, sales, or business development
    * Experience with Salesforce: administration, data entry, campaign management, report generation
    * Strong written and verbal communications skills
    * Experience with the Google suite of collaboration tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
    * Proven collaborator and team player
    * Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
