    Responsibilities:
    * Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
    * Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
    * Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
    * Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
    * Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
    * Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
    * Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
    * Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions

    Qualifications:
    * Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
    * Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing)
    * Sales, Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, eCommerce, Communities certifications and project experience preferred
    * Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
    * Development experience with integration middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or Jitterbit
    * Minimum of 2-3 years experience performing Salesforce consulting implementations preferred
    * Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
    * Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
    * College degree, or equivalent experience required
    * Ability to travel to client-site

    We are looking for a quota carrying Sales hunter who will be responsible for leading sales activities to sell in Salesforce ecosystem. Your role would be reporting into the Salesforce Practice Sales Head for US. Activities include lead generation, identifying and creating opportunities with new customers and/or in our customer base and closing the same. Key to this role is to inspire customers on their digital transformation journey and how we could play an integral part in that journey using our Salesforce offerings. Thinking out of the box and demonstrating the art of the possibility is key to this role, building relationships in their region with the partner's sales team and our other sales executive is an important piece to generate leads and closing the opportunities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    * Experience in selling
    Salesfoce.com solutions is a must have.
    * Ability to identify and sell to decision makers including C-Level executives.
    * Consultatively identify requirements and propose solutions to customers that deliver business value.
    * Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
    * Territory Management, strategic account planning and execution within the assigned region.
    * Partner with Account Executives to jointly sell into existing and new customer.
    * Building strong relationships with partner sales and presales teams by providing value in their sales cycle.
    * Experience working with offshore teams is good to have.

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

    A premier Salesforce partner is looking for a strong Salesforce Technical Consultant to lead their clients Salesforce systems to the next level. Experience with Marketing Cloud implementations is necessary as this role requires someone who can provide direct technical support through this transition of their system.

    It is a 100% remote but would require some travel once Covid ends. The compensation is lucrative due to the unique skill set this role requires.

    Qualifications:
    • Lead Salesforce implementation experience (Marketing CLoud in particular)
    • At least one Salesforce certification
    • Experience working with internal teams to shape the technical architecture of Saleforce implementations and scoping projects to address specific needs.
    • Documents current state technical processes and prepares gap analysis between current state and desired future state
    • Conducts technical process reviews, design sessions, and other architecture meetings
    • Designs and executes data extraction and manipulation techniques to support workflows and integration with other systems
    • Maintains currency with Salesforce feature releases and updates
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • At least four years of experience in a technical role
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience building technical solutions within at least two clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Non Profit, Pardot, and Education Clouds)
    • Demonstrated ability to architect, build and execute data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex multi channel automations and reports
    • Development experience with Apex, VisualForce, HTML/CSS, Ampscript, JavaScript, SQL
    • Advanced understanding of common integrations and third-party technology solutions
    • Understanding of relational database concepts, ETL processes, data management and segmentation best practices
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and non-technical users
    • Experience in higher education implementing enterprise application systems and web applications handling sensitive data, as well as supporting multiple users in production environment.
